Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SKP163 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SKP163 expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SKP163 is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in READ. Additionally, RN7SKP163 RNA expression shows 10,668 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in CCRCC. Together, these results highlight HNSC, READ, and CCRCC as cancer lineages where RN7SKP163 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
