Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SKP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,620 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SKP11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell-matrix adhesion, Regulation of extracellular matrix organization, and Nucleoside monophosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with RN7SKP11 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SKP11-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SKP11 results are reported.
