Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RMND5B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RMND5B data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RMND5B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RMND5B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and UCEC are the cancer types where RMND5B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
