Across TCGA cell cohorts, RMND5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,540 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMND5B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA alternative polyadenylation, Negative regulation of autophagosome maturation, and Regulation of protein localization to centrosome. Each is linked with RMND5B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMND5B-to-partner and partner-to-RMND5B results are reported.
