RMND5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMND5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,738 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMND5A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSN, ARHGAP45, and PLEKHO2_T364. Each is linked with RMND5A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMND5A-to-partner and partner-to-RMND5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RMND5A versus TSN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMND5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMND5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
