RMND5A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMND5A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,978 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMND5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are AXL, SFXN3, and UBA7. Each is linked with RMND5A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMND5A-to-partner and partner-to-RMND5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RMND5A versus AXL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMND5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMND5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
