RMND5A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMND5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,734 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMND5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP7, SRXN1, and DCP1A. Each is linked with RMND5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMND5A-to-partner and partner-to-RMND5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP7 grouped by RMND5A-low versus RMND5A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMND5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMND5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
