RMND5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RMND5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,425 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMND5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM117B, IREB2, and DDI2. Each is linked with RMND5A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMND5A-to-partner and partner-to-RMND5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RMND5A versus FAM117B in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMND5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMND5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
