RMND1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RMND1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS58, SSMEM1, and TFDP3. Each is linked with RMND1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMND1-to-partner and partner-to-RMND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS58 grouped by RMND1-low versus RMND1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
