RMI2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,813 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMI2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2, MCM3, and MCM4. Each is linked with RMI2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMI2-to-partner and partner-to-RMI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RMI2 versus MCM2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
