Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RMI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4692, TRAV7, and RPSAP64. Each is linked with RMI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMI2-to-partner and partner-to-RMI2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4692 grouped by RMI2-low versus RMI2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
