RMDN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMDN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,564 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMDN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS27_S11, HNMT, and PPP1R21. Each is linked with RMDN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMDN2-to-partner and partner-to-RMDN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RMDN2 versus RPS27_S11 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMDN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMDN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
