RMDN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMDN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,526 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMDN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAUS8, ZGRF1, and CDCA4. Each is linked with RMDN2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMDN2-to-partner and partner-to-RMDN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RMDN2 versus HAUS8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMDN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMDN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
