RMDN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMDN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMDN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-8, and C-Raf. Each is linked with RMDN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMDN2-to-partner and partner-to-RMDN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by RMDN2-low versus RMDN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMDN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMDN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
