Across TCGA cell cohorts, RMDN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,614 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RMDN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proteasomal ubiquitin-independent protein catabolic process, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Mitochondrial electron transport, cytochrome c to oxygen. Each is linked with RMDN2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMDN2-to-partner and partner-to-RMDN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Proteasomal ubiquitin-independent protein catabolic process grouped by RMDN2-low versus RMDN2-high in OVARY.
