RMDN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMDN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMDN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1290P, RNA5SP419, and TP53TG3GP. Each is linked with RMDN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMDN1-to-partner and partner-to-RMDN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1290P grouped by RMDN1-low versus RMDN1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMDN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMDN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
