RLN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RLN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RLN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6075, RNA5SP411, and PSMB7P1. Each is linked with RLN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLN3-to-partner and partner-to-RLN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6075 grouped by RLN3-low versus RLN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RLN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RLN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
