Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RLN1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RLN1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RLN1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RLN1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA show a favorable association.
STAD, UCEC, and BRCA are the cancer types where RLN1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
