RLN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RLN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,435 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RLN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSIP1, SEPTIN1_S315, and BSG. Each is linked with RLN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLN1-to-partner and partner-to-RLN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RLN1 versus PSIP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
