Across TCGA patient cohorts, RLN1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells, CD8+ Tcm, and CD4+ naive T-cells. Each is linked with RLN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLN1-to-partner and partner-to-RLN1 results are reported.
