Across TCGA cell cohorts, RLN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,082 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RLN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Membrane assembly. Each is linked with RLN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLN1-to-partner and partner-to-RLN1 results are reported.
