RLIM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RLIM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,610 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RLIM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF6, HTATSF1, and HTATSF1_S713. Each is linked with RLIM in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLIM-to-partner and partner-to-RLIM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RLIM versus PHF6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RLIM→partner) and Y-score (partner→RLIM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
