RLIM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RLIM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,312 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RLIM-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLULP3, GAB2, and SMAD9-IT1. Each is linked with RLIM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLIM-to-partner and partner-to-RLIM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RLIM versus GLULP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RLIM→partner) and Y-score (partner→RLIM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
