Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RLIM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,856 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RLIM-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP222, RNU6-461P, and ZNF816. Each is linked with RLIM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLIM-to-partner and partner-to-RLIM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP222 grouped by RLIM-low versus RLIM-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RLIM→partner) and Y-score (partner→RLIM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
