RLIM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RLIM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RLIM-associated genes across cancer lineages are C20orf85, OR1L4, and TBATA. Each is linked with RLIM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLIM-to-partner and partner-to-RLIM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C20orf85 grouped by RLIM-low versus RLIM-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RLIM→partner) and Y-score (partner→RLIM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
