Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RLF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,855 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RLF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS15, BNIP3, and UFD1. Each is linked with RLF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLF-to-partner and partner-to-RLF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS15 grouped by RLF-low versus RLF-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RLF→partner) and Y-score (partner→RLF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
