Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,920 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANGPTL4, RPS2, and MS4A4E. Each is linked with RIT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIT1-to-partner and partner-to-RIT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIT1 versus ANGPTL4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
