Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 361 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-435P, SNX18P14, and LINC02862. Each is linked with RIT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIT1-to-partner and partner-to-RIT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-435P grouped by RIT1-low versus RIT1-high in LUSC.
