Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p21, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with RIT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIT1-to-partner and partner-to-RIT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by RIT1-low versus RIT1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
