Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIT1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,529 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTMR3, APOL4, and GRAP2. Each is linked with RIT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIT1-to-partner and partner-to-RIT1 results are reported.
