RIPPLY2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPPLY2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,242 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIPPLY2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AMDHD2, HDAC7, and LRPAP1_S50. Each is linked with RIPPLY2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPPLY2-to-partner and partner-to-RIPPLY2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIPPLY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIPPLY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
