Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPPLY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,081 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIPPLY1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein insertion into mitochondrial inner membrane, Regulation of DNA-templated transcription elongation, and Regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Each is linked with RIPPLY1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPPLY1-to-partner and partner-to-RIPPLY1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein insertion into mitochondrial inner membrane grouped by RIPPLY1-low versus RIPPLY1-high in STAD.
