Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RIPPLY1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 30 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RIPPLY1 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher RIPPLY1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RIPPLY1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and UCS show a favorable association.
THCA, UCS, and LAML are the cancer types where RIPPLY1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
