RIPPLY1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPPLY1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,177 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIPPLY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3C8, H3C1, and UHRF1. Each is linked with RIPPLY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPPLY1-to-partner and partner-to-RIPPLY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H3C8 grouped by RIPPLY1-low versus RIPPLY1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIPPLY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIPPLY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
