RIPPLY1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPPLY1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIPPLY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, PKC-a_pS657, and VHL. Each is linked with RIPPLY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPPLY1-to-partner and partner-to-RIPPLY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by RIPPLY1-low versus RIPPLY1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIPPLY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIPPLY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
