Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPOR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,561 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIPOR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN1, CLIC2, and IL16. Each is linked with RIPOR2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPOR2-to-partner and partner-to-RIPOR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIPOR2 versus SEPTIN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIPOR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIPOR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
