Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPOR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,117 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIPOR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR1, CXCR2, and CSF2RB. Each is linked with RIPOR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPOR2-to-partner and partner-to-RIPOR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIPOR2 versus CXCR1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIPOR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIPOR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
