RIPOR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIPOR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIPOR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHCBP1L, USP17L3, and DYTN. Each is linked with RIPOR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPOR2-to-partner and partner-to-RIPOR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SHCBP1L grouped by RIPOR2-low versus RIPOR2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIPOR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIPOR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
