RIOX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 446 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are F11, MFSD6L, and GZMH. Each is linked with RIOX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIOX2-to-partner and partner-to-RIOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, F11 grouped by RIOX2-low versus RIOX2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
