RIOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 939 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPECC1P2, RNU1-154P, and MIR4634. Each is linked with RIOX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIOX1-to-partner and partner-to-RIOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPECC1P2 grouped by RIOX1-low versus RIOX1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
