Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIOK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,613 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIOK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ROCK1, RMC1, and SERINC1. Each is linked with RIOK3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIOK3-to-partner and partner-to-RIOK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIOK3 versus ROCK1 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
