RIN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF804B, SSMEM1, and CSH1. Each is linked with RIN3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIN3-to-partner and partner-to-RIN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF804B grouped by RIN3-low versus RIN3-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
