RIN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,058 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMP3, SRPX2, and AEBP1. Each is linked with RIN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIN2-to-partner and partner-to-RIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIN2 versus TIMP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
