RIN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,469 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02339, RNU6-399P, and RNA5SP410. Each is linked with RIN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIN2-to-partner and partner-to-RIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02339 grouped by RIN2-low versus RIN2-high in OV.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
