RIN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 109 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, OR5W2, and PYDC2. Each is linked with RIN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIN2-to-partner and partner-to-RIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF5 grouped by RIN2-low versus RIN2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
