Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,600 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOSL1, PTPRH, and ITGA3. Each is linked with RIN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIN1-to-partner and partner-to-RIN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIN1 versus FOSL1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
