RIMS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIMS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,703 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIMS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPSM1, INPP4A, and IQSEC2_S412. Each is linked with RIMS3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMS3-to-partner and partner-to-RIMS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIMS3 versus GPSM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
