Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIMS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,147 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIMS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLIP4, TRPM6, and C22orf24. Each is linked with RIMS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMS3-to-partner and partner-to-RIMS3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIMS3 versus CLIP4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
