Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIMS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,150 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIMS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1318P, SNORD116-16, and RTRAFP2. Each is linked with RIMS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMS3-to-partner and partner-to-RIMS3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1318P grouped by RIMS3-low versus RIMS3-high in SKCM.
