RIMS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIMS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIMS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, GML, and OR56A4. Each is linked with RIMS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMS3-to-partner and partner-to-RIMS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by RIMS3-low versus RIMS3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
